I'm pleased to say that I am finally announcing Spilsby Internet Solutions' IPv6 /32 prefix and am currently in the process of allocating a /64 to each co-lo/virtual server customer.

Customers on the shared hosting platform will automatically benefit as I assign IPv6 addresses to each of the shared webservers/mailservers in turn.

Once I have the 100Mb transit in place, that will pretty much conclude all my network development plans for this financial year and to be perfectly honest, there isn't much more I can really do besides add multicast support but I would require support from at least two of my transits - which unfortunately isn't there at the moment.

The majority of my time for the rest of the financial year is going to be spent on getting the website and customer portal up and 100% functional; haven't really bothered up till now due to the sheer lack of time I have had, and of course, the bulk of new customers which have been coming in due to referrals from existing customers and prompted the required increase in transit. |
